Achieved by doing the following:

Increase solar energy rebates for households, schools, community halls and commercial
buildings.
Reinstate the rainwater tank rebates for homes which were abolished under Labor.
Develop genuine alternative energy schemes.
Invest an additional $414 million to improve rail travel.
Reduce congestion by offering free travel for rail commuters between 6-7 am and 6-7 pm.
